Great learning process
We dealt with agent, Scott Zanella. He showed us many houses, taught us about the process of purchasing property. Very helpful. We were fortunate enough to have one open house prior to the pandemic and a couple of showings when things eventually opened back up. Our family had outgrown our previous home and we were ready to move. Scott gave us sound advice on what we needed to do to the home to give us the best price for our home. Then COVID hit. This gave us the opportunity to work on the items Scott advised us to work on until Real Estate opened up again. Once it did, Scott went to work and got our house sold in two days! Once our house was contingent, we knew we had little time to find our new house. As soon as a house came up that we were interested in, Scott got us in to see it, because he knew the market, and how fast houses were selling.
